# Tenant tags

In the tenant administration, the tags of all spaces of the tenant are managed here. Unlike the tag list of a single space (see [Tags](tags.md)), this list carries a Space column; a tag created here is initially shared by all spaces of the tenant.

## Tag list

The controls, the context menu actions and the perspectives are those of a space’s tag list, see [Tags](tags.md). The tag type can be changed here because administration permission on the tenant is in place.

### Columns

The columns are those of a space’s tag list (see [Columns](tags.md#columns)). This list additionally carries:

| Field | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Space | Text | Space the tag belongs to; **Shared** for a tag that is common to every space of the tenant |
